She has designed much of ArcLight’s Business Transformation and Customer Success Strategy. From her start implementing Benefits and Compensation plans in Oracle E-Business Suite to managing full suite implementations and now building the broad relationships necessary for true transformation, Amanda has worked to ensure her customers reach their business goals.
